Lost RIB

We need some help to find our RIB in the Solent area. It became detached from it's mother ship last night. (comments on how to tie knots to my Brother-in-law please).
It's a small one-off design about 3.5m, new blue tubes, cream hull, single jockey seat, wheel steering, old Yamaha 30, may still have a ringo attached.
Lost 2 am Thursday 26th Aug morning near to the Needles on an ebb tide. Solent Coastguard have been notified.
If sighted we would be very grateful for info.
07718780745, 01981 250 840, 01202 888711.
Thank you.

Please don't take this as a smart arse comment but have you tried to work out the drift dut to tide and wind from that time?
The solent has got quite a few tidal diamonds on the charts to aid you.
Also being a rib the wind should have effected her a bit more than tide if it was stronger than a few knots. Thus add the two together for each hour and you might get an idea of where to look or call the local hoarbour masters or local marine police.

Now found

Thanks for the advice Jelly.
They've now found it actually under the Needles. It's a bit mangled but the tubes are intact. Bits of the prop are missing and the hull damage will be looked at in Yarmouth this afternoon.
They had fun retrieving it from a 34' yacht bouncing on the bottom occasionally.
