Identification of old Avon boat

Hey,

My father has a 1976 AVON inflatable boat, (Serial number- AVB10227M76J).
He has lost all its paper and now I am trying to locate the dealer who sold it, (it was boat in Florida and was shipped to Israel).
Do you know how can I find him?
is there a Web site I can to find out where it was bought or find ownership document?
Does the company has a customer service phone number/ web link I can contact them?
I cannot get license without the ownership approve.

Avon is now part of Zodiac MilPro. Your best bet is to contact their manufacturing facility in Wales (UK) who would have originally manufactured it.

It's probably a recreational product, which be the Zodiac Nautic group's responsibility.

Take your point Richard, but I'd still be inclined to contact Avon, as I'm sure they made recreational and professional products out of the same factory unless it was made in the States under licence? Zodiac ourchased Avon in 1988, and Zodiac Nautic is only going to provide local dealer contacts, which in my experience is fine for Zodiac kit only, and this boat is Avon and it's 42 years old!

Testament to the original build though!

Avon is owned by Zodiac Nautic. MilPro owns the rights to the Searider, WB, and ERB, but they're sold under "MilPro" brand name, not Avon.

What he needs is a Duplicate MSO, which they have a form for and I think costs about 65 euro.
