Count me in.

Sounds like another trip out on the boat. I am certainly willing to give it a try.

Pm me your details and I will give you a call.

Three boats formed an impromptu Scorpion owners' club last weekend. Funnily enough we went out RIBing and wild partying...
You could try that!

Don't worry Mike.... my family won't go out if the wind is more than force 4, the temp is no less than 15 degrees C, or if it's dark

I'm happy to go out in most weathers, but it's finding the crew that's the problem

I guess at some stage, to make all this more official, we'll all have to meet up?

I'm OK for a meet but I will need plenty of notice, so that I can inform work.

I too am weather limited by the crew, but as winter is just like summer but with more clothes these days, it shouldn't be too big a problem.

The last issue is to sort out a location for the meet.

'course you can.

But it's just impromptu... you just turn up! We might let some of the Humber Owners join in as well - 'specially as they let us borrow their thread

We're just a little bit worried that you might not stop until you hit the land on the other side of the Atlantic, Nigel.

Then my Humber might grow up and become a Scorpion someday

Ginger Coastie, I am Portsmouth Based could probably persuade another Humber owner Eh Mike C? to join us.

Bearing in mind my boat is probably the baby of them all 5.3m I still run through the winter and have done a F6, ask Ribald.

Lets see what interest there is first before we think about a meet up.

Cheers

How about arranging an inaugural meet sometime this year, if anyone is still interested.

Sounds like a plan - are we likely to be going somewhere popular (south coast), or should we do something like Cardiff area, and up the Severn perhaps?

I think the south coast would be the easiest for most people as every one seems to live in or near Southamapton, but I like the idea of the River Severn
