How to modify Hurricane??

I bought a military surplus 1988 Zodiac Mark 7 Hurricane. The diesel engine and outdrive were removed before I got it. I want to modify the boat with a transom bracket, so I can put a couple of outboards on it. I have a company in this area that do major boat remodeling and repairs, but they have no experience with RIB hulls. My problem is I don't believe the transom has enough support to withstand the weight of two outboards hanging off the back. The hull attaches very low on the transom. Does anyone out there know how to make the modifications or where I could go to get the schematics or plans for something like this? I live in Oregon and about five years ago I saw a Zodiac Hurricane that reportedly was modified with a transom bracket by a company in southern California, for actor Kevin Costner. I know it can be done, I just don't know how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can't find someone to do it down there... Polaris Inflatables in Langley BC Canada (near Vancouver) has done the mod previously and have lots of experience. They finished my project for me.

They've been great to work with.
