you need to do a CEVNI test to get an ICC

The RYA haven't got records of any of my certificates! It was 20 plus years ago. But I have my sailing instructors certificate somewhere and that is enough to get an ICC. I've also got my ski boat driver certificate and I've emailled the port to see if that is enough to drive on the lake.

I've hired boats on Lake Annecy a few years ago and they didn't ask for any marine qualifications, only some Euros.
