Daniel the guy you need is Mike Williamson. He and his late father Ralph used to mould the hulls for Osprey or Offshore Components to use the proper business name. Mike and Ralph always did the design and production runs and kept the royalities / design rights. I don't know what happended to Mike when Northern Diver sold the rib part of there business to concentrate on diving. You could have a chat with Ian at Northern diver, although he wasn't directly involved in the rib part of the business he has been part of the Northern Diver Group from the early days so is a wealth of knowledge, or even try the boss Mike Armitage.

I recently tracked down the XR 18 and 20 moulds which have been sold to a Yorkshire company called Reiver who now make a modified version with full tubes.

Pete

Hi well called up Mardon & yes I can up the value but they will only pay out what the boat is worth!
So I have gone with Boat at 8,500 may be a bit rich but made very little difference to the premium (the value was at 7000)
I can leave it on a tidal marring without chaining it up & I have also added a 2.65 Yam SIB + a Yamaha Malta fouled at 600!
Which gave me a total to pay of 241.16 not bad me thinks.
I sill think that the insurance company will knock me down on the replacement cost but if they knocked me from 7,000 I would be hard pushed to replace Like with like!
Thanks all

Nick
