Help and advice

Hi all two bits of help and advice neeed please,i have two ribs a 4 mtr Narwahl that has a transom drain flap approx 50mm that has seen better days its in the centre of the transom so a trunk may foul on the engine leg any thoughts please.
Second enquiry i have just aquired a Avon SR5.4 ex mod that is a full refurb project the hul has been painted some awful silver grey insde and out with original orange creeping through not mush of a problem but the tubes have been painted blue and the reinforcer patches are tatty think this is a retube,seem to think i saw a thread on here that someone had some tubes for sale i have searched the old posts but cannot find the reference if anyone knows of any tubes at a reasonable price can you let me know
