Grab line rubber piping

I have recently had a 'mini' refurb on my rib, the grab lines used to have rubber tubing over them which was great but when the ropes were replaced they didn't put them back on but out thicker rope on saying it would work better. It doesn't!! I keep catching hooks in it when fishing and it isn't as taught as when it had tubing on even though the old rope was thinner. Anyway after all that rambling, does anybody know what tubing I need to look for or does anybody have any lying around they want to sell? It is fitted to a 5.8 metre tornado

I'm in the same boat (excuse pun). i need to refresh my grab rails and wanted an OEM look. i was thinking of this,
