WAS a fantastic event, until they stuck all them silly bloody hay bales everywhere stopping you from actually seeing anything! I had press photo passes the first year. Now that was great!

Still I would like to see the rally stage...........

320,000 people. More than the Grand Prix, not surprising though seeing as F1 is basically a bit pooh.

Apart from the other 299,999 spectators. Wow what a GREAT weekend

Now, THAT is a motor race worth going to. Never bothered going to an F1 Grand Prix again after going to Le Mans for the first time a few years ago. Absolutely no comparison whatsoever in terms of excitement and atmosphere. Aston Martin DBR9's at 200mph on the Mulsanne at night Quite agree with you about F1, Andy.
