Just spray appllied orange flocoat thinned with acetone. 1st application looking good.

Borrowed this kit from a pal.

I'm doing the hull of a 5.5 humber destroyer an why won't it dry over marine epoxy filler? What's the point in buying marine filler if marine flocoat won't cover it ! What fillershould I use cause I've stripped the transom twice now please help !
