Experience Days?

A friend (non boaty),was bought an experience day on a power boat running from Southampton as a present by her daughter,she has tryed to cash it in but just gets an ansafone message saying that they are having technical difficulties activating vouchers and that she should try again after september 6th,she has again and again to no avail.
The company trade from Rowington in Warwickshire and the website is http://www.greatexperiencedays.co.uk/index.asp.
I think she was going to try trading standards for advice but wondered if anyone on here has any information about this outfit,she was to get a ride on a Honda powerboat.
We have offered her a rib trip of course but suspect it may not be quite so exciting.

Might turn out to be a 'Put It Down To Experience Day' Paul. If it was paid for by credit card...might be some cover.

Sabr powerboats run a powerboat eperience with amongst other boats a Honda 130 raceboat, they operate out of Shamrock Quay. To the best of my kowledge the are capable of delivering on the day in question.

re the rib trip not being as exiting as the powerboat experience, Behave!
