If that's Seal Saver by McNett, keep the stuff limited to the latex seals only. As has been mentioned, the silicone can permeate the fabric making seal replacement difficult.

Personally, (when I perform preventative maintenance at all) I use a soapy water wash, followed by 303 Aerospace and talc.
