Try PMing RIBnet member Dave B. He lives there and is an all round great bloke.

You could also try getting in touch with BIBOA member Alan Corlett. His contact details may be in the Members' Directory (available from Jim, Membership Secretary). PM me if you need more help with contacting him.

When you planning on going?

Looking at doing another round Britain next summer and stopping in differant places, quite fancied a night there...

If I remember rightly you are planning a trip over, when? I could fancy tagging along too if you dont mind the company.

I have always popped into Port St Mary in the past. Not tidal at all and v. close to The Calf of Man for an "interesting" trip through ("now which side of this light do we pass again?").
Top Class Harbour Master-v. helpfull.
You could e-mail "Mouldy" on here re accommodation etc.

qcamel - info on Port St Mary:

http://www.iomyc.com/Default.aspx

When are you coming over?
A couple of Pubs do rooms - nothing too fancy though:

The Bay View is up a short hill overlooking the Harbour. Can be noisy at weekends with live music.
The Station is a bit further, around 5-10 mins walk and seems a bit quieter.

The Pick of the lot is the Albert Hotel - right on the harbour, great beer, food and atmosphere - plus they do rooms. 01624 832118 - no connection, just my favourite local.

Member Whitingiom may havesome other suggestions?
