Cygnet RIB may be manufactured here in Perth, Australia. Cygnet (black Swan logo) is basically a one man company owned by Tom Hoad. He knocks out the odd RIB here and there in PVC fabric. Indeed I have re-tubed a few of them over here in Hypalon. That nasty PVC does not last too long in our hot climate over here.
