There is a difference in taking a deposit for a boat and then going bust and taking a deposit for a boat you didnt own
Do you not have a Fraud squad in the Police and why are ye all afraid to use it.
They are free and very helpful and really could do with a few open and shut cases to bolster their confidence given that they are normally tied up in heavy stuff that is hard to get a result.

All you need do is write to them with Reg Post. They then have to do something about it. If several people do it and copy the letter to the Super, you will get confirmed action and quick.

Shut them down and then shut them up for a while.
