De-winterising

I have always paid to have my RIB serviced and winterised/dewinterised each year. It occurred to me that dewinterising can't be that difficult and that I could probably do it myself. I am not exactly sure what was done to winterise it but does anyone have any tips on how I get the engine (Yamaha F150) ready to go back in he water? Thanks.
