coastline 7m

anyone ever been in or own a coastline 7m? Curious as to ride and build quality compared with similar sized ribs

i have a 6 meter coastline and i am very impressed.

not the fastest hull but very soft ride and very dry.

brian still builds them somewhere on the hamble. could find his e mail address somewhere if you need?

7m coastline

One of the sea schools has one with an opti on the back, i did a night course in her, nice soft ride double jockeys a bit basic and console really square,.
overall very solid. ditto re hull speeds but that was not the schools priority.

Much abused but still very seaworthy.

Coastline have got one of the old hangers in Daedalus, Lee on Solent, a massive place, and do a lot of contract fibreglass fabrication, as well as RIBs. Well worth a look if you are interested in their boats.
