What's the warranty on the boat? If it's only 12 months I'd be surprised

Have you thought about geting it surveyed , after repair? Maybe even Brig should pay? An independent marine survey would put your mind at ease about structural integrity of the transom. In the UK a survey like that would be around 250 i guess . Just a thought. Good luck with your boat...

Update: after a discussion with the dealer, i still used the boat after the summer. As he predicted the transom did not further deteriorated.

The boat performs very well, beyond expectation, also in heavy seas.

The boat is now with the dealer for repairs, at no cost to me. It will be taste thoroughly, but I trust it will be done correctly.

So far; nothing but compliments for Brig and this Dutch dealer.

If your transom's moving then your problem is structural, if it is not repaired correctly then it will just come back.
