About 5 feet I think, I'll measure it up next time I'm down there.


I take it the Vetus hose isn't ok? It's not damaged or perished in any way. (note to self-probably not ok, it smelled of fuel in the console!)

Don't mess about with the wrong hose, its not worth it. Costs about 20/m for proper job.

Colleague bought a length from a local supplier the other day 70!! Only got just over a metre so that eBay link is a bargain by comparison!

Damn, is it that long since I've updated this?!

It IS still ongoing but had been hampered by lack of time/weather and space. Now I've cleared some garage space by selling a couple of bikes it's getting going again slowly. Spent half the afternoon today removing yellowing from a jockey seat base, with a mixture of wet and dry, oxalic acid and elbow grease...

Well, it WAS going to finished by July, but the weather put paid to me fixing the trailer enough to get it into a workshop to finish it, so I've been doing little odds and sods since. Nothing much, as it's currently stuck where it is.
