avon 346 -360 actual lengths

hi have a slight dilema. am trying to change the tender on my mum and dads yacht. we currently have an old avon 346 rib that is just the right length. mum and dad dont want another jet rib tho- but want some thing with similar power. enter the avon 360 DL. My dilema being is there actualy only 14 cm between them in overall length? as have come across ribs being measured in many different ways (tip to tip. nose to transom etc) unfortunatly the jet rib is in north wales so i cant measure it. but could anyone give me any measurments tip to tip for either boat. would be greatly apreciated. thanks

According to the 2008 brochure on the Avon website:

The 360 DL is 3.65 metres overall length

They don't seem to list a 346 model though?

hi many thanks for that, now i need to find the 346 measurments. is always interesting how everythings measurments are different from those stated in the name. its the same with all boats. yachts powerboats etc
