Been there with a house sale...having agreed a price on the phone he shows up with his Dad who says "course, we'll be expecting you to knock this off and that off and pay for this (re-wiring!) as we're going to be renting it out"..."nothing to do with me what you're going to do with it"..."but we can't afford the other stuff"..."bye-bye".
