Before you a start planning this trip suggest you have a chat with some of the guys who actually participated in the RB4. Steve Harvey from Rib International springs to mind. I am sure he will provide you with some useful tips. Specially on fuelling and hours at sea ect.

I wish you the best in this trip and do keep the forum posted on your planning.

Is it your intention to do this single handed and without any support craft ect?
