Newbie Devon

Hello,
I have just bought anew ribeye 6.6 with a Yamaha 200 on the stern, which is replacing the 5.4 ribeye dive with a 90 up 2 stroke mercury bought in 2001 from John Bray who was a dealer then for ribeye!!

The new rib is scaringly awesome, but I want to clean up my old boat the orange hypalon is faded and I need to get the rubber strip around the tube stuck on again.
So my questions are
1) best compound to restore the tubes
And 2) the rubber trimming on the tubes is loose on one die: how do you remove it and the remove all the old glue- prior to getting it refitted.

Sorry for the windy message- but have only just found your site and trying to navigate it !!!

Remove the space, can you remove space? there's a philosophical question!

Anyway, it's Office888 I think.
Enjoy your new boat
