Hmmm .. At 200lb , Im not that heavy a drinker ? ... but as any sensible Scot will tell you ..one pint a day does no harm so I believe in following that golden rule.

Well..except .. I go seven days dry so I can enjoy my gallon of gravy in one sitting on day eight.

I have been caught occasionally having the odd shandy along with my gravy nowadays ..just to spin it out a bit more

Welcome aboard Harleymurphy

Agreed PD is great stuff to stop dehydrating or as a hair of the brewdog that bit

However as Im a well trained kulinary chef ... it doesn't have quite the bite cooking my burgers as the black stuff does.

Best only used in an emergency when cookin the sassages

Here is another bushcraft tip for those that are into that kind of thing.

Liquid sugar in coffee is better for you than sweetex.

Yes you get those who will tell you the evil drink is not healthy ..but I find these types that tell me that .. are so unfit they cant get off the sofa for eating too much pop corn ..and are half my age.

Im almost 70 years old and started wild camping in February this year and intend being under canvas until its time for xmas shopping. I can walk miles and boat in any weather ..and all because I keep my joints and mindset well oiled.

Any more tips Harleymurphy ..just watch my videos ..guaranteed to send you to sleep ... or an early grave .
