Hi there, not sure if this thread is still going, but if so then I would highly recommend the Ceasar Surfcat. The build quality is exceptional and the tubes are of high quality hypalon, which prevents fading. I am also certain that the surfcat is the safer option, as the tubes extend around the bow of the boat. The boat is very efficient and can go just about as fast as the thundercat/zapcat. I have a 30hp tohatsu 2 stroke on my own surfcat, and I've managed 34 knots in flat calm conditions. It handles waves very well, and you feel comfortable with big seas and doing jumps over wakes etc.
