That looks very nice. Cold mind! I spent a few nights camping near Nairn, that terrain looks very familiar - where's the marina?

thanks all, Willk you are very observant it is Nairn Harbour, the place we were at is called the old bar about 7 miles east down the coast from Nairn or about 3 miles west of Findorn.

The willk database has the oddest details in it. I bought a selection of Malts in the wee Offie at the bottom of Nairn town. Mrs willk and I had a walk around the marina, it looked very familiar.

That's a lovely bit of coast. Interesting then with lots of jets. Buckie was good for RNLI assets and I made pilgrimage to Pennan, home of my favourite phonebox. Some nice 18yo malt at Strathisla, just SSW of there too.

Willk, if you love malts you would be pleased to know i nosed a 59 year & 10 month old malt at Dalmore distillery the other day (i am in the middle off refit there), and the manager and warehouse manager were decanting it to a new cask prior to it being 60 year old.... very very expensive bit of liquid...lol
