Sibbing on Loch Tay

Has anyone been on the Caravan Club site (Maragowan) near Killin. There is a river alongside that leads directly into Loch Tay and one or two boats are berthed along its bank. I have a small SIB and wondered if it would be possible (or allowed) to launch it manually directly from the site onto the river and then i can access the Loch as I am in a motorhome and cannot transport it any distance to the water.
Its a long shot I know but thanks for any advice or information.

Thanks for the information, it says you can Kayak from the site so it may be possible. I will have to ring the wardens to confirm a clear path to the water as kayaks can be carried easily whereas my inflatable cannot.
Many thanks
