SIB Repair

Can anyone recommend a good place to get my SIB repaired?
The floor has started to come away from the transom in places and also the trim that joins the transom to the tubes has come up in one place. Its still water tight and the rest of the boat is good with no repairs to the tubes, so even though its a cheap boat i'd like to save it.
Also I'm thinking while they are at it I could replace the whole transom to suit my 17.5" shaft outboard?

Do you think this would cost more than the boat is worth?

Are you Whitehill near Liphook?

If you are then nip it over to Jamie at JCraft in Chichester, I've used him a lot and he's very good, he is busy though but will normally fit you in if you need it quick.
