A lot of guys prime the wood with hypalon glue because it sticks to the wood and then the pvc glue sticks to the hypalon glue.

What I have read is sand the transom
Then prime with hypalon glue
Then glue with pvc glue.

But what do I know I am new to all this!

So I emailed Bostik Netherlands with one simple question: where can I buy Bostik Vinycol ? I got a short and strange answer: We don't know and we can't help you.

Does anyone know of a UK supplier with reasonable shipping rates to NL ?

For MEK, try professional paint supply stores (Maybe try a BASF distributor?), or resin supply companies.

if you go on the polymarine web site there are two downloads for gluing PVC & HYPALON fabrics.
