Great boat

I sold my 380 plus yam 15hp about 6 months back

In some ways I wish I hadn't

easy to launch, greta fun

Circa 20knots

Cheap as chips on fuel

My friend had the same model with 20hp which gave him a slight speed edge but the real difference was power... he could two much quicker

I posted a couple of pictures on the picture forum but a great boat

we have a bombard 380 with a mercury 15 2 stroke on, the set up is really good even with 2 adults and 2 children, still keep wondering what it would be like with a 25 though? in scotland last year i tried it against my cousins boat which is a quicksilver 340 airdeck, with a mariner 15 2stroke, he had a gps positioner with him that gave a speed reading side by side flat out on calm water he got 23 mph and i got 22mph but the bombard is heavier and longer. also really like the folding launch wheels on the transome, brilliant fun all round and just about small enough to pack away in a largish boot..
