I use two bench seats and the seat bags most of the time. In fact I use one of the seat bags for a cooler when I'm out by myself.
If I have help and my boat will be inflated a few days then I use the seat frame

I use a heavy duty fishing box with an Airflow Fishing Cushion velcro'd on top.
Some rubberised foam on its base stops it sliding around.
To keep it on the deck I have it tied onto the tube (seat mounting strap).
And for extra anchoring my 18 stone keeps it planted.
I've never had any issues in 2 years and I've used it in some choppy conditions.

I have two of the Airflo cushions and can vouch that they are very, very comfortable - much better than sitting on a tube.
In short buy a box affix one of these

Sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet without any pain in the back or butt.
