Regarding the flushing kit for indespension I made mine up using push fit domestic water pipe (15mm)

The push fit inserts fit nicely through the pre-drilled hole in the backing plate then the push fit pipe obviously pushes on, from each hub on my single axle trailer the pipes extend to meet a central T piece with then a single pipe running forwards to the snubber. At this stage is secured to the top rail with cable ties and terminated in a hoselock push fit connection for easy connection to a hose.

So far seems to work really well and cost me nothing as I had the bits lying over from doing up my house.

I find the original indespension rollers leave grubby black marks all over the hull of my boat. Would like to change them all out for the cheapo Ebay blue plastic ones which seem really good, but price adds up as there's quite a few of them!

Yep I think you pretty much described the system I put together for mine.

Hiya -
Shoot Ronnie an email.
He came and serviced my trailer (essentially the same as a caravan)
at the boat storage space, I wasnt even there when he did it.
He replied promptly to emails etc and on what he has done for me so far
I can recommend him. Wasnt too badly priced either.
