Disco 4 versus Range Sport

Drove an X5 the other day, 3.0D M sport 2010, I'm a BIG BMW fan for reliability and have a 2012 run off 320d touring sport plus edition and ive put 100k with ZERO issues other than 3 sets of tyres and a bit of oil.

But the X5 is as harsh a ride as my 3
Series, plus the steering is just as heavy, nothing like the RRS or Disco smoothness. Fine in a 3 series but if I'm buying a cruiser/towing vehicle I want comfort.

having had the chance to drive most of the current Land Rover range both on and off road, my personnel choice would be the D4, I've got a D4 XS, but the RRS is also a very nice motor, good choice

Yeah, i do think they describe the X5 rear seats as for use by children......or adults desperate for a lift home form the pub!

Not yet, Haskell is no opensider. At least Robshaw is now playing in position at 6. Ewers or maybe Kvesic at 7, Billy at 8 and we might be getting there.
