I would be glad to help out any fellow ribbster. The searider looks great but would cost too much to ship here?

Exactly,

Here is what I propose, there is a RIB in Portsmouth, RI that I am interested in but I need to fly out there. What I propose is that if both deals go through and look good, you could pick up that rib and I could pick up the one in San Fran and we meet somewhere in the middle.

It's a stretch but looking at the costs go get them shipped, I think it would be worth it.

Thoughts?

Here is a quote I just received to do the job.

Mayby we could work something out. If not I could probally at least take a ride to look at the zodiac for you, maybey get some good pics and let you know what it looks like. Do you know the searider I am talking about? Do you know the seller, if its a decent boat I may just be up to a road trip. It might work out good for both of us. Ill see if I can find the ad for the boat around hear.
let me know

I live in Iowa, about 1 hour south of I80. If you should need a place to drop one or both boats for a short time if your pickup schedules don't match I have plenty of outside storage area you would be welcome to use.

thanks

thank you bryan for the kind offer, you never know what might happen,
pacificnwrib, you should look at the searider for yourself also, its listed for $1800, with an old merc. Also my offer still stands if you need someone to check out that rib here. I saw the ad I believe and it is only about 40 minutes from here.
