HELP! Inflatable tubes

Does anyone have a contact name at the Scanner inflatable boat company. I have a 1997 Scanner 590 and would like to talk with someone about replacing my tubes. I live in San Diego, California USA. Seems no one in America is familiar with Scanner boat company. Tried to contact Scanner dealers in Europe, have gotten no response from them. Now not sure what to do, am hoping a member of Rib Net can help with a name & number. Thanks in Advance. Rod Greene

Thanks for the reply. Scanner boats has 15 dealers in Europe. Not sure how long they have been in business but my 20 foot Scanner 590 was built in 1997 and I think they still build that same successful boat. There boats are up to 35-40 feet and up to $300,000.00. You can goggle Scanner inflatable boats to see them. I am just not having any luck finding someone who can sell me some new tubes.

Scanner inflatable tubes.

2 problems with wing inflatable tubes. They are not within distance of me and I called them. They have never heard of the Scanner 590, I do not know how to remove the tubes. They told me they couldn't help me. Doesn't anyone know someone at the factory where I could order new tubes? This is a great boat and what proves it, they still make the same boat after 20 + years. Still looking for HELP!

A tube manufacturer doesn't need to be familiar with the boat, they can copy any tubes or make to your requirements
Henshaws/wing should be able to help
Local fitting may be a problem but some suppliers will travel to location to install

Scanner inflatable tubes.

Thanks for the reply. When you contact a company, as I did with Wing inflatables, and they tell you they can't help you. They are not familiar with the boat, they CANNOT help you. They are several hundred miles away, they can only duplicate a set of tubes using their computer measuring computers. So I am still thinking someone in Europe can help me. If you were in America, I would certainly help someone repair their boat

inflatable tubes

Do not know how to get accurate measurement of tubes, they are surrounded by the fiberglass hull. Do not know how tubes are attached. The factory has all the specs. If I had a boat made in AMERICA this would not be a problem. Having a European boat in America?

If you measure the length and back at the end of the tube the diameter and measure internally the distance between the two I will have an image exactly! But I do not know if you find someone to hang them on the boat But show me a picture

Scanner inflatable tubes.

The tubes taper in Diameter from Stem to Stern. The fiberglass hull has a Half Round Slot that the tubes fit into. There is nothing to measure inside as you cannot see the tubes it is all fiberglass. Thanks for trying to help. This is going to take some kind of assistance from the factory to get the dimensions and type of attachment of tubs to hull. Is anyone familiar with SCANNER Boats?

Watched your U-tube video. Didn't see anything about constructing inflatable tubes. Did you say you are working on a scanner 590. Can you send pictures of your tubes or send me to someone familiar with scanner boats. Thanks Rod Green

The total length of the tubes is 5.54! The front diameter is 0.38 and back 0.60.
There are 3 fences on each side and the internal distance between the two pipes that join together is 0.37 There is also an apartment that you can cancel it I hope to help you If there is no one to build them I can
