Custom hypalone lettering?

I'm looking to have our logo and some text cut out so we can glue on our boats. Any one out their have a lead on a company with a cnc or like cutter who can do this for us?

You can phone these guys directly... I don't see anything about custom logo's. I got a couple of reflective plates for hypalon... they look good, several fonts available.

Have also heard about people using Deka fabric paints on Hypalon, but never tried it or seen it myself.

I do not know of anyone with a cutter to ake custom logos out of CSM-Hypalon material, sorry.

Contact Guy at Polaris Inflatables in Canada.

He had a guy do mine when I bought the boat: Cut blue hypalon lettering in a grey surround; Looks really good, like it was inlaid. No idea on cost though. Polaris Inflatables: (604) 534-5585

my local zodiac milpro dealer did a set for a uscg boat, the same cutout with a second layer as background.

We have 2 ways of doing this.

1. die cut on our press (we will make a steel rule die, this is a great way for volume)
2. cut on a laser table (great one off solution, good for larger logo's and letters)

samples of die cut material (kiwi logo, skirts for FRP bases) The press is limited to 50" x 18" die. 28 ton

I believe Ribcraft in Mass. offers hypalon numbers and boat names as an option.
I don't know if they make them or send it out to another company.
