Does it smell like heavy diesel fuel? No visible fuel in bilge? Leave it. You may put outboards on later. Save that task for later

That looks like a pretty good sized tank for that boat.

Couldn't get the trim cylinder cap off and didn't feel like paying $1000 for a new pair. Solution? Twin Honda 150s.

Just kidding, only one will go on there. The pair were cheap on CL and I missed seeing a silver OB out my kitchen window after selling my srmn.

Lol already done! Theres a 6m searider that its going on.

So I finally hit the water with the 630 this morning. The diesel isn't too bad. No rpm or speedo but it seemed to top out in the mid to high 20's. Thats with fuel that is probably moldy, a banged up prop and and a floppy outdrive since the trim cylinders are full of air.

Yeah theres a shop in FL. They quoted 1800 for a custom flotation bracket with a platform. Its not going to follow the bottom line of the hull like the Zodiac bracket though.

Theres a chance I might sell the 630 as-is. Maybe someone will enjoy it with the diesel. I had my eyes on that 7.4 searider. Maybe even put these 150s on that.
