Powerboat Instructor Course - 14th - 16th June

In association with Haslar Sea School we have a PBI course on the 14th - 16th June with a few spaces on it.

The course is being run by Colin Ridley, author of the RYA Powerboat Instructor Handbook, and will operate from Haslar Marina, Gosport.

Prerequisites are Powerboat Level 2 with suitable experience, First Aid, and minimum age 16. You will also need to have completed a pre assessment of your skills - but this is only a few hours and we can organise this for you.

Largely this course has been put on for some christian youth volunteers, scout leaders, and young sail training scheme instructors, and is likely to be the last one of this nature I organise as my working life is changing. We will accept anybody on this course (who meets the pre requisites) but if you fit in with the above ethos and are a volunteer or similar, there is a deal to be done, as it's not really a profit making thing.
