Is that because you don't own anything that's lasted that long?

John

Richard

That should not happen.
Please send it back and I am happy to get that sorted for you ASAP.

Certainly nothing made by icom!

But I think the restoration work we did on the Avon 8. a credit to us and I am confident that will last a long time. It was however a difficult and unrewarding process

My Scorpion is, I am sure, providing faultless service wherever the fkk it is!

now now, Sir Jon did say he would like to visit Drivers shortly, so if you see a Rolls Royce with an ICOM in the dash open the gate quick and remove caps, then have a chat about the fogged up screen on the M503. I am sure he will be sympathetic.

Good idea Pete.. How about we talk nicely to Nautibouy.. And see if Richard could make up a few 100 business sized cards, one side could have a piccy of the scorp, and the other could have the serial numbers of the hull and engine plus a phone number to call.. They could then be distributed far and wide across the UK..

Cracking idea Tony.

I would be happy to pass them on when I am out and about at dealers, shows etc.
Count me in.
