yamaha 3cyl 30 hp 2stroke year 98ish

hi all im new to this forum i need a bit of help my son lost the motor off the back of the boat it wasnt running at the time luckily and was submerged for only a short time in sea water we have had it running went ok sometimes but other times full throttle was like it was running on one or two cyl took the carbs off and have cleaned them bottem one full of crud but i have to adjust the idling screws does anyone know how many turns out from all the way in they should be any help would be appreciated ...daniel

Just reading this from my manual - not from experience!

No 1: 3/4 +- 1/4

No 2: 1 3/4 +- 1/4

No 3: 1 +- 1/4

thanks for the reply and thankyou for taking the time to look it up in the manual just to be sure is that one from the top i would of thought they would all be the same but if i knew the answer i wouldnt be asking again thanks for your time...daniel..
