Yamaha 150 2 stroke problems - Please help

Hi RibNet.
I have a Tornado 7m mountet with an older Yamaha 150 ceto 6g4
The motor is running fine at 4700 rpm - 32 knt but when I get out of the harbour and hit the waves the motor loses power and rpm - 3500 rpm 15 knt?
I have changed the entire fuelline, sparkplugs, controlled the timing and drained the carbs and the motor was running fine until I hit the waves again???
Once again I drained the carbs and the motor was running fine again..

Do anyone have an idea to awoid the powerlos??

some are suggesting the fuel pickup in you hand is getting blocked by contaminates in the tank.

I´m aware of that similar thread.
I have cleaned the fueltank and the primer is hard when running.
Just a second before the powerloss is comming up, the motor is running up in RPM, at the first time i had the feeling that the propeller was out of the water but it wasn´t
