On the Mercury Smartcraft it is a sensor and on the older ones it is a tube. For the race boat some people rana mechanical fuel pressure guage - OK untill the pipe goes and it pumps fuel all over you from underneath the dash!!!!!!!

I saw a yellow tubed BananaShark with a wakeboard strapped to the A frame on Saturday evening flying away from Batson Creek slip (on a trailer) ...

That would have been me! It's our Diesel waterjet prototype. It will be stripped down soon and fitted with our new console and TekDek flooring then rebuilt for sale. It gives a fantastic wake for wakeboarding, has a Monstertower fitted and averages at about 10 litres an hour of red diesel, seats 5 and can go from flat out to full stop in it's own length!

ps let me know if you want a test drive!!

Looked very nice, but sadly we were only down for the week - I may well take up the offer of a test drive the next time we are down though !
