Throttle Adjustment

I have an etec 250 on a Balistic rib. The throttle seems to need adjusting as the throttle hits it stops at half power and doesn't start reving until near the endstop.

Not knowing much about engines, how do you make this adjustment. Is it the throttle end or the engine end? Is it easy to do?

Any advise would be welcome.

Thanks

Neil

best to get the book, or watch someone who Knows how. some got rev safety for neutral, and it can be tough just to know ware to start, at the powerhead or the remote.

Thanks chaps, I have asked Rib Shop to take a look. My understanding is that the adjustment is at the engine end but I would not like to be responsible for adjusting the wrong think.
