Oil filler cover - Tohatsu 50hp 2 stroke

Hi, I am completely news to ribs and this forum so please excuse my ignorance on various matters.
I have a 1999 Tohatsu 50hp 2 stroke engine on my Zarco RIB.
The oil filler cover hinge is broken and I want to get a replacement but can't seem to find one anywhere on the web. Can anyone suggest where I could locate this part?
