New Yamaha inboard - rumour?

Biffer's "Alleged Merc" post reminded me...

I've heard a couple of squeaks about a possible new Yamaha diesel inboard in the offing - something up around the 350hp mark, common rail, mutter mutter

Anyone on here heard anything more concrete? Possible specs?

Nope,

But I have heard a certain other rumour about yamaha restricting sale of certain engines to certain organisations.....

Will keep digging until I know for definite.

would be nice, think they may have to do some work on the leg though, but yamaha always make the right choices and i'm sure it won't be long, i love yamaha inboards, one of if not the best complete package around
