you have it correct, the merc/mar service manual will tell you that you can mix o/s and std

Bought them direct from L A Sleeve . Cost less than 100 delivered and arrived in less than a week .

is it not allways the way, purchased mine from the states only to be told earlier today that these nice guys in worcester would of done it made to any spec not badly priced either...........
