Fuel Tank cleaning

Anybody any ideas how to clean our tank.
We've taken the tank out of our Arctic to add a couple of feet in lenght and there appears to be quite a lot gunge inside(resdue from 2 stroke mix?) is there any magic stuff that would remove this as there are baffles in tank and no holes big enough to pressure wash through

Stu (Rogue Wave) works next door to a tank cleaning company, but he is out on the tug tonight so you may have an answer tomorrow.
