android app problems?
My samsung is going nuts every 30 seconds telling me I have a new message ....(from tonto)
but there is nothing there from anyone .  .am now up to 8 notification on the phone !!!
HELP!!!!
Can someone in power see whats goingon ...I Have logged on to laptop, but nothing showing in PMs, tried logging out and in again ...still the same ...
Am on good wifi on phone and laptop....( now 10 notifications )
PLEASE HELP

You might have a virus or the app is corrupt. I would back everything up with Samsung kies if you haven't already in case you need to wipe your phone

yep lost me there ...I can tell you how a boat , car or plane works and is put together , but ask me to back anything up and I think car, not corrupt app.
I'll go with turning it off then on again and at a push, uninstall & reinstall...

Mine is behaving normally so its not a systematic failure.
Certainly rebooting the device is a good start. Logging in on the web and deleting tonto's message might be worth a try since that is causing the issue. However I believe out of all the problems we've ever had with the App they have all been fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling.
I don't have access to any error info about your account, but probably even technical admin doesn't get much error info. In another world the only debug info I can get from a mobile app is by plugging the phone in to my computer with the developer tools on it.

My phone has started doing the same but just now and then over the week. I keep getting notifications saying I have a message from someone on ribnet, also when I do have a pm eg message from mick its actually maximus  I will try uninstalling it and see if it works.
