Sales Manager / Instructor required

Salary £12,000 basic, OTE £18,000 +. Range of benefits including free parking, mobile phone, clothing, training, etc

South West RIB Charter and our partner companies Plymouth Powerboat School, South West Boat Transport & South Coast Boat Trailers offer RIB & motorboat charter, RYA training, boat deliveries, boat transport & boat trailer sales.

We wish to appoint a sales manager / instructor to help us continue our rapid sales growth and assist with running all parts of the business. Your responsibilities will include dealing with enquiries and bookings, providing tuition on and off the water, skippering boats and assisting with delivering boats by road and sea.

Your hours will be flexible to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays but will average 40 hours per week.

Essential:

RYA powerboat instructor
Proven ability to sell
Passion for boating
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Full driving licence
Good communication skills via phone, email and face to face

Ideal:

Range of relevant RYA qualifications
B + E entitlement on driving licence and towing experience
