Mooring issue River Itchen

I know there has been a similar questionbut cannot locate it. Beneath the River Itchen bridge is a small public slipway opposite SWAC. There is also a pontoon as part of Northern Anchorage.
We need if possible to access these locations with a survey crew/equipment and would like to know where to seek permssion for said use.
Worst case I will start on Ocean Village side with crew but work is alongside development.
Any ideas please

If it's any help I think the slip under the Itchen Bridge is council owned.

Yes mum power works , thats the one. I will try to get permission to come alongside but probably being private I dont stand a scoobee. The public slip is OK but as we will be waiting for each tide state for survey I dont want to sit on the mud/concrete.
